K Messe 2016: Pumps for the plastics and rubber industry

Every three years, all latest products, innovations and developments for the plastics and rubber industry are being exhibited at the K fair in Düsseldorf. From 19th to 26th October, Beinlich Pumpen was also present and displayed the proven gear dosing pumps ZPD, DARTec® and ECO.pump as well as the new VISCO.pump® and VISCO.mini® progressive cavity pumps.

The pumps have been designed for precise dosing of fluids and pastes. The installation space has been significantly reduced, therefore Beinlich has brought a lightweight and space saving solution onto the market. Hence, the pumps are especially suitable for an application on small dosing robots. Accuracy and repeatability are ± 1%.

Besides this novelty, Beinlich presented its gear dosing pump ZPD for dosing applications in 1C/2C- or multi component dosing systems, PU dosing applications, adhesive technology, paint and coating dosing as well as PU applications.

Due to the compact design of the economical pump DARTec®, it is especially suitable for an application on dosing robots and handling devices and for the application of adhesives, e.g. in the plastics industry or wood processing.

CEO Jürgen Echterhage was more than satisfied: „A huge fair like the K is the best place for an exchange with our national and international customers and partners. At such a fair it is easy to intensify existing contacts. Nevertheless, we have made many new contacts during the week."
