Beinlich at Hannover Messe 2023

At the world's leading exhibition, the manufacturer of gear, radial piston and progressive cavity pumps presented its product portfolio for industrial applications in process engineering plants at booth E60/1 in hall 6.

Among other things, Beinlich focused on its VISCO.series® product range, which now includes three product variations such as the VISCO.feed feed and barrel emptying pump as well as the VISCO.pump2k and VISCO.mini2k 2-component metering pumps. An almost tool-free assembly and disassembly, improved and more effective venting as well as easier cleaning characterise Beinlich's pump series. The technology of the pumps is based on the volumetric concept of an endless piston discharge, whereby the core components rotor and stator form an optimally sealing metering chamber.

Recently, the series of progressive cavity pumps can also be supplied with ceramic rotors. This expands the range of applications enormously. Even when used with abrasive or chemically aggressive media, the ceramic rotors have a high wear resistance. In addition to the very high dosing accuracy due to the optimised contour of the rotors, they offer a wide range of possible applications for all media with pH values 0-14. In combination with housing components made of PEEK, the pump is also suitable for anaerobic adhesives.

In addition to the progressive cavity pump, Beinlich presented its range of proven gear and radial piston pumps, including the economical and compact DARTec and ECO.pump dosing pumps at Hannover Messe. Both pumps are particularly lightweight and, thanks to their metering accuracy, are suitable for applying potting compound in the electronics industry, among other applications.

Thanks to the cooperation within the Echterhage Group, Beinlich is able to develop complete systems from a single source with a permanent magnetic coupling, flow meter and hydraulic components at the customer's request. Beinlich pumps are used in various industries, including the chemical, plastics and food industries, as well as in shipbuilding and aircraft construction.
